I have gained confidence in myself as a new mother. I was losing myself quickly in motherhood. With no support system and my entire family 2000 miles away, this group saved me from the sometimes overwhelming duties of being a new mom. Fit4mom has given me friends, laughs, support, advice, and so much love. I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am for Nicole and this entire group.

My favorite part of Fit4mom is the inclusiveness. We are all from different walks of life all coming together to support each other through the good and bad. Oh and the kick a$$ workouts are a added bonus.

I am stronger, my energy level has increased, and more importantly I am happier and more confident in my ability as a mother. I am trimming down everywhere!

I have gained a support system and a family here in Salt Lake. I moved to the city 8 months pregnant and didn't know anyone. I had my son and winter soon came. I was in the house all day and only talked to an infant and quickly become lonely! Being a new mom can be really, really difficult and it is so nice to share that struggle with others who not only understand, but who do not judge you. These ladies are my best friends and I truly feel lost when I miss a class and do not get to see them.

Don't get me wrong, the workout is great, but I love sharing motherhood with other like-minded people! My favorite thing about this group is being able to come to class and say "Hey, my kids did this ridiculous thing" and have other moms tell you it's normal! These ladies are always willing to lend an ear when you feel overwhelmed and genuinely care about your well being and your family. They will check-up on you when you miss class, babysit your kid at the last minute, and offer to bring you soup when you are sick with their own toddlers in tow!

When I joined I was suffering from postpartum depression, I was overweight, out of shape and feeling very hopeless and scared as a mother. As a new and terrified mom, I was not comfortable putting my son in daycare at a gym while I attempted to muster some sort of brain function to plan a workout for myself. I was needing a workout that I could do with my son, someone to lead me towards health and fitness again, and I needed people to share my new mom thoughts and experiences with. One year later, I am off of my anti depressants, I am back in shape again and the friends I have made have absolutely changed my life. My husband says joining Fit4mom was the best thing I ever did for myself. This group is supportive, kind, encouraging and inspiring.

The weight loss and body toning has been a huge boost for my confidence, but honestly the support, advice and camaraderie from the fellow moms is probably my favorite part. Every time I feel low or sad, if I go to a Fit4mom class, I end up feeling 10000 times better. I really like that my son can make friends with fellow kids here...
