Whether you have 100 lbs to lose or 5, if you are new to working out or training for your 10th IRONMAN, our coaches will help you meet your specific fitness goals in a supportive and inspiring environment with meal plans, food journals, weekly emails and tips, meditations, inspirations and support until you reach your goals.

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. To maximize results, the class does not involve a stroller or children – perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school, or for any woman who needs personal time to fully focus on their goals.
