our Running Training Program is for YOU!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. **Strollers are welcome**
We will meet twice per week for group runs, rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM. Our next 5K & 10K training starts July 15th. Enroll here!
