Run Club

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. **Strollers are welcome**

We will meet twice per week for group runs, rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM. Our next 5K & 10K training starts July 15th. Enroll here!

Our Training Program includes:

  • Coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own
  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • Weekly motivational & educational newsletters from your coach!
  • Private Facebook page to collaborate on runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Drop In Rates available for $5/run

(Training program does not include race entry fees).
